We collect the information needed to provide your alerts and account: your email address, campervan preferences, saved listings, alert delivery history, and subscription status. A specialist payment provider processes payment details; we do not store your full card number.
We use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand website usage and campaign performance. We also retain limited first-touch attribution, including the landing page, referring website hostname, and UTM campaign fields. We do not retain the full referring URL for this purpose. First-touch data may be held in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days before signup.
We use this information to operate alerts, manage subscriptions, provide support, measure conversion, and improve the service. Trusted providers may process limited data on our behalf for hosting and data storage, authentication, communications, billing, analytics and advertising measurement, and customer support. Some processing may occur outside New Zealand. We require providers to handle personal information only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal information.
You can unsubscribe from alert emails at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, email hello@campervanalerts.nz.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and operational requirements.
